VRG Sunglasses by goodr

I bought these sunglasses because I wanted a stylish alternative to the regular wrap around sunglassses I'm used to when I go running. These did not disappoint in the slightest. Firstly the look. These glasses look great and I really love the wayfarer style. The other thing I like is the various color options available. And of course the names; how could you not love glasses called 'whiskey shots with Satan '?! Secondly the fit. The glasses must have some sort of non slip coating. I tried them on a 6 mile run and they didn't bounce once nor slip off my head (I sweat quite a bit too). The arms are a little snugger around the temples which helps with stopping bounce but they don't feel too tight. The lenses are big enough to block out the sun but the wayfarer style means a little background light will peek through the edges. My wife tried on my pair and they are definitely unisex. Plenty of airflow around the lenses stoops the annoying fogging I usually encounter too. Thirdly the lenses. Polarized which means you don't get the awful scatter and scintillation of non polarized lenses. Love the fact that the lenses have a color mirrored effect on the front too. Overall I'm really pleased with these sunglasses. How they have managed to get a light, stylish, non slip pair of polarized sunglasses of this quality for $25 is incredible. I will definitely be buying these again.

These sunglasses are comfortable and look great

I am always skeptical to order sunglasses online because I have a big head for a girl and women sunglasses often look small on me. However, I am quite surprised how well these fit my head while also looking quite trendy. I was desperate to get good exercising, polarized sunglasses for a trip out to Arizona, so these seemed like the best affordable option. At the time of ordering, I only had an option of picking pink, yellow, or orange, which aren't the best options in my opinion. It would be nice if they had other colors in stock. I don't care too much for the blue mirror lens, but it's no big deal. I did do a quick jog to test them out, and sure enough, they did not budge! They are also very light and hug your head without digging in or hurting. They also are in fact polarized. They seem pretty sturdy. Overall, im quite pleased with this purchase, especially for only $25. Definitely recommend! UPDATE 3/17/16: Ok, so not sure what happened but one of my lenses is now ruined, rendering the sunglasses useless. I left them in one of the compartments in a jogging stroller, which was then put on a rack on top of my car when traveling from Arizona to Michigan. Along the way it rained and some water got into the compartment. The temps ranged from 60s to 40s. When I took them out, I noticed a lens appeared smudged and some of the bluish mirror tint had disappeared. I tried wiping the sunglasses, and it only made it worse. Oddly enough, the smudging only happened on one lens. Again, not sure how this could have happened?? Now I have a pair of sunglasses that I can't use. For the record, I loved these before. Went on a couple of runs without them budging or hurting. They did a make me sweat more than normal around the nose area, but not enough to be bothersome. Now I'm just frustrated because these lasted me less than a month. I have attached photos of the issue. UPDATE 4/5/16: I am so impressed with goodr's customer service! I went out to check the mail and was surprised to find a goodr box waiting for me. It should be noted that after the smudged lens issue I experienced with my previous pair, I did not return, exchange, or speak to either Amazon or goodr regarding the issue. I opened the box and lo and behold, the company read my Amazon review and took it upon themselves to send me two new pairs of sunglasses and a headband as well! The co-founder also included a letter apologizing for my previous issue and assured they are looking into it to prevent future lens smudgings. For a company to do this nowadays with absolutely no request on my behalf is absolutely wonderful. This is what good customer service is all about. I will definitely be recommending these sunglasses to everyone. Thank you so much, goodr!!! :D

I’m here to tell you that these glasses are the only pair you will ever need for the rest of your life. They are comfortable to wear, I can wear them driving for hours. They are light and don’t slide off your face, I wear mine while running. They will never break and never bend during normal use. They survived living in my bag traveling around the world. They protect your eyes from UV. I used them to protect mine from the nuclear summer sun of Iraq and Syria. They are versatile. I’ve worn these glasses with linen summer outfits, ski outfits, army fatigues and everything in between. These babies been through it all. When the mirroring got scratched on mine, I just put them in a bit of bleach water, and wiped the rest of the mirrored film off, there is regular tint behind it. Boom! Just like new lenses. When the folding arms got squeaky, I just put some gun lubricant on the hinges. Now they are smoother than a $500 pair of designer shades. They will last you a lifetime and will be a part of your kids inheritance someday.

These sunglasses are incredible for the purpose these were designed. They are durable, comfortable and they stay in place. They are also very reasonably priced. My only gripe and the thing that prevents me from rating 5 stars is the quality of the lenses. They seem durable and don't seem to scratch super easy but in terms of clarity of vision they're bad, really bad. I have a set of 3 sunglasses that were $5 for the set. They have less glare and higher definition than these. In conclusion these are totally worth getting if you're very active. These glasses in combination with souncore sport x20 earbuds should be in every runners arsenal. Increase the vision quality and these will be 5 Stars all day.

Great value for the price. Good polarized lens for sun protection. Nice and light. They are stronger than they look. They fit so good, I have bought them in 2 different colors.

I love these glasses, they are my second pair. They fit well, are light and comfortable, and such a good price. Like most glasses, they will get scratched if you just throw them in your purse without a case.

The glasses were a gift and no time to exchange, but they don’t look like my Goodrs that I ordered from the Goodr website. The lenses are not mirrored. Are they real Goodrs??

Ótimo, lentes confortáveis, distorce um pouco a cor que enxergamos. Mas excelente no conforto para prática de esportes e resistente. Além de lindo.

These are my second pair of Goodr glasses, and found them to be amazing value for money. Bought my first pair for running, and found the light weight and Polaroid lenses to be perfect for long term comfort, and did not fall off when I got sweaty when running in the heat. So good I bought these to have a different colour and as backup. Great for exercising outdoors, but good looking enough for leisure wear as well. Lenses are clear and provide clear focus throughout field of vision. Not the darkest lenses, but do enough to protect your eyes and provide you with lots of detail. This I’m important when you’re running and cycling and move between sunny and shaded areas. Great value and would thoroughly recommend these.
