Does the tubing have to be buried in order to prevent bursting from freezing winter temperatures?

Either buried or on surface you still need to blow out any residual water to prevent bursting. This pipe is rigid plastic.

Does it work with Blu-lock fittings?

No, this tubing is not Blu-Lock. You need to use the special Blu-Lock tubing.

Does the tubing have a psi amount printed on it? i'm looking for 100psi- 125psi.

It's not printed on there.but average sprinkler valves manage up to 220 psi so I assume the pipe is rated a couple times that.
