Can this be used outside

I don't believe the Wellput can be used outside unless it is in an area that is covered from rain, as it should not get wet. It is an excellent putting training tool!

Does the Wellputt mat worked as well when used over carpet?

Yes, it does. I’ve only used it over carpet.
