Works great for cutting wrapping paper in a straight line.

I needed a gizmo to cut lighting gels and ND filter plastic for video production, and it needed to be able to make it through an airport screening without being confiscated for being a sharp object. This basically cuts by pinching between two rollers...no sharp blades to make airport folks unhappy. Perfect for my needs!

Unique design, but not as versatile as normal scissors. They don't cut certain materials as easily.

This is an interesting tool, and I think I like it. It does cut really well, but it does take some getting used to. I haven't perfect cutting a straight line exactly where I want with it yet, but it does cut a nice smooth, consistent line.

Awesome highly recommend better than scissors. Cuts wrapping paper nice and smooth.

I've had this a few days and am considering returning it. That's disappointing. My purpose was to cut paper (it is advertised as being suitable for use with 20lb office paper). Maybe it works better on other materials. So far, I've found that it works better in my right hand than my left. I can adapt, but it claims to work either handed. The other problem is that it crumples the paper a bit when starting the cut (and sometimes just tears instead of cutting). I notice that sometimes there is a small bit of paper caught between the wheels that likely exacerbate this problem. Lastly, it is difficult to be precise about the location of the cut and to maintain a straight line. Maybe it is good for people who otherwise cannot use a knife, scissor or rotary tool, but I don't find an advantage. I emailed the company asking for instructions or a video to learn how to use the tool better. I got back a pointer to their product page, but it doesn't include any detailed information. Took a chance, but this is not for me.

literally perfect. Glides and cuts well.

First time use is good but when it comes to vinyl, the glue is sticking to the blade so it not work anymore and it’s so hard to clean the blade.

Avec un guide tel qu’une règle par exemple la coupe est parfaite et droite. J'utilise ces ciseaux sur du papier cadeaux, papier peint, film plastique pas trop epai.

What a slick little unit! I broke my arms a couple of years ago and I still struggle with opening/closing scissors repeatedly during peak gift wrapping seasons. This helps my hand/forearm endurance.

Was not expecting this item until late September, however it has arrived and very happy with it. The product is better than I expected and certainly value for money. I cannot cut straight even for a toffee bar, but using this tool is a breeze. Highly recommend this product and get in early ready to cut your Christmas wrap.
