I recently purchased the SMEAD Poly ten-pocket folder. So far I have used it to organize HR documentation, such as medical plans and 401K details. This Poly pocket folder is helpful for someone who is starting a new job who needs to organize a number of on-boarding documents. Students could also use this folder to store lecture notes for various classes. Individuals could also store printed copies of recipes in the folder. Also, individuals could store all their travel information (such as tickets, itineraries, receipts, hotel details and maps) in the folder since it can hold more documentation than a traditional two-pocket folder. Since the folder has ten pockets, it's able to hold up to 25 sheets. It also includes tabs so you can easily subdivide documents. I like that the folder is durable and sturdy. It won't tear. In my book, this is a great product!

I like this folder and for the cheap price. Good for daily use but is not built for heavy duty mass amount of papers.

Excellent product!. How gratifying to order something that turns out to be exactly what you need. This folder is sturdy, useful, easy to handle, lends itself to many home office or school purposes and can be re-used indefinitely. Neither hot coffee nor sticky fingers leave lasting damage. Sections can be labeled for different subjects. Great way to organize receipts that have to be saved for tax purposes, articles for future reference (like the one I saw today on the pros and cons of buying glasses online), recipes, medical reports, notes and research, correspondence, design ideas, garden information, the list goes on and on. Label the front in a place you can see it when the folders are grouped together––standing up between bookends or stacked in a drawer––and your life is suddenly more manageable. This is the Information Age. The challenge is organizing the volume of data, and these plastic folders go a long way toward that goal.

Bought one of these to help get my docs organized. Pretty cheap and simple to use. No brainer in terms of how to use and such.

I dislike binders because of their bulk so I tried this out and it’s awesome! A lot of other reviews say that it’s flimsy but I used it my whole junior year and it was as damaged as a binder would be. The edges of the folders were kinda bent and about a 1/2 cm tear but that’s all just wear and tear. As long as you don’t over use it aka put way too much in the pockets it will be fine. Idkkk maybe a rough estimate of how much paper I kept in one pocket the most was 50 pages probably. I don’t like carrying around extra weight so I remove papers I don’t need anymore which makes the folder lighter and last longer.

Attractive color, great for organizing and works well. The flaps are the right size to hold sheets of paper securely on both sides of it's transparent dividers and it easily folds to remain closed and almost flat.

The color is pretty. Love all of the pockets. The only negative, is the plastic cover cover is already cracking after only a month of use. Not sure if the blame is the product quality or being carried around in a back pack. Overall, we are happy.

Nice outer plastic covering. Very sturdy. Has 4 divided areas (front and back), plus pockets on both the front and back covers. The inside pockets are riveted in, so they will not fall out. It also comes with the little things you put in the slots to name the dividers. Love that it comes in a variety of colors. Like it so much thinking about purchasing more.

I like that i have all my forms and paperworks organized in just 1 folder. Looks sturdy and nice.

Good product. Liked the rich blue colour. Good stiffness for covers. Needed to use tape to keep the labels in the slot. 10 pockets is including the front and back cover. (Staples used to have the same named product but had 10 pockets in the pages plus also the front and back)

What to say about a file folder? It’s stuffed with stuff, hasn’t broken yet, and allows me to organize essential handouts for each class without carrying around five separate folders every darn day. I’d buy it again next year for sure.
