Is this clumping litter? How would you compare it to okocat pellets?

The litter is not clumping..I have never used Okocat pelllets....I will say this I have 3 cats and 2 litter boxes...the pine absorbs very well...I change the boxes every 3-4 days...and I use only 2 cup fills per box...nine if this making it 2-3 inches high...hope this was helpful

Do the pellets disintegrate after use?

The pellets disintegrate, but not all at once. You can stir them up and keep on using the litter for about a week before they're disintegrated to the point where you have to discard everything and add new litter. Or you can scoop out the disintegrated pellets before then. About 2.5 inches of pellets in the bottom of the litter pan lasts me a week for 2 indoor/outdoor cats.

Feline Pine pellets have gone downhill. Does anyone know how this brand compares?

Feline Pine fell apart because A&H changed the formula; then I found SoPhresh (PetCo) and loved it until they discontinued it and replaced it with FELINE PINE!! I have just filled my FP box with the first trial of Simply Pine. If you go on their site you'll see that the quality of this product hasn't changed. There are two type--the whole pellets for sale here and a cracked pellet version. I'm keeping my fingers crossed about Simply Pine because I don't see any more options out there.
