I bought this because it says It is compatible with both android and IOS. It works for both however it is very challenging get it to work with IOS. The apps aren’t available for IOS. I had to give it to my nephew that has an Android. It works perfectly well with hers. He is loving it. He makes and receive calls, texts and monitoring his sleep activities are easy on an Android. He loves it! I would have definitely kept it if it worked better with IOS.

This watch is a pain to set up.. you have to download too many apps and it still doesn't work. I'm sending it back for a refund.

I have tried all of the features of this watch and and give those aspects 5 stars. That said, the watch band does not keep the watch on my wrist and is not interchangeable as with other watches. I have an 8 1/2" wrist , so it could be a fitment problem for those with a larger wrist. Either way, I do not wear it/use it for this reason. A traditional watch band as an option would have given me reason to give this watch 5 stars across the board.

Am not able to connect watch to app so can not receive any notifications. When I click on Facebook it says to put in SIM card. Description said I didnt have to if I connected it to app. So it will not work like I wanted. Wouldnt have bought it if I knew that

Although i had issues with the watch not lasting very long on a single charge and forcing me to create new accounts to use it and not pushing my notifications from my phone to the watch, the customer support staff has been very helpful. They have gone above and beyond to see that my needs are met in regards to this smart watch situation. I am changing my review from 2 stars to 3 only to reflect the quality of the customer service not the device itself.

Does not work with iOS devices

if I go by the watch I must be dead. I haven't taken one step in two days, I haven't slept and I have no pulse. You must charge daily it had me put two apps on my phone. One app works and tells me I'm fat. No news there. The second app seems to have no function except it runs constant ads.

I really like this watch it is very useful for the many functions it has. It connects without problems to my android phone. I am not using it with the chip function but it is good to know that I have that option. The battery has really good duration.
