Are these pure essential oils, diluted essential oils, or fragrance oils?

Cedarwood is a pure essential oil, the rest are fragrance oils. All of our oils are premium grade, extremely concentrated, alcohol-free, phthalate-free, and undiluted. For perfume we recommend a 20/80 dilution (20 fragrance oil/80 fractionated coconut oil). Hope this helps! If you have any more questions please let us know.
