I've been taking melatonin for years. This is my favorite! The tablets are delicious and melt very quickly in the mouth. It really helps me to fall asleep easily.

I have insomnia, and this type of melatonin really works to override my conscious brain. I highly recommend it if you have trouble sleeping. I would suggest taking it regularly at first ( a month at least ) and then taking it as needed afterward.

Great product, not great packaging. The bottle is WAY too large for the amount of tablets inside, and there is no cotton fluff or anything to keep them from rattling around in the mail and beating on each other. I was greeted with a major dust cloud after popping the seal on these. Included pictures of the dusty inside and how little tablets are actually in there. Stop wasting plastic and just make a smaller bottle please!

Works great. Melts on your tongue and taste like chocolate mint. When i am having a hard time falling asleep, this is very helpful.

This Melatonin works as it should, I drift off to sleep in minutes, usually wake up once during the night, and usually without a headache, so works for me.

I usually take it and then read or watch TV until I get sleepy. The taste is lovely and there is no after-taste, it dissolves completely and quickly placed under the tongue.
