Does this dual air cell model(1100) stretch and restore neck cervical curve better than single air cell model(1400)?

Hi there, The single air cell Model is the 1100s and the Dual air cell is Model 1400. They both decompress, shape and lubricate the cervical spine the same, however, Model 1400 also does decompression to the upper back (T1,T2,T3 area) just below the neck where one may get the hump. It is more comfortable to use since there are two air cells.

why is it called a hydrator?

Hi J. Marks, great question! It is called a disc hydrator because of the patent bladder inside that inflates, and how it inflates. It is the way it lifts and expands, opens up the cervical discs anteriorly and posteriorly that allows the nutrients to get in there and hydrate and lubricate the discs. When it opens up and increases the disc height and decompresses, this allows all this to happen.

i see that it can correct cervical posture, but once your posture has been corrected, do you need to continue regular use of posture pump?
