YM1 microphone

Well I tried this wireless microphone headset, after our leader was having issues with his own headset. I was really satisfied with the Travor Wireless Microphone System, I tried from the sanctuary, from inside a room with a closed door, I tried behind the wall and this small device really performed without any issues, Our equipment head end is about 30ft. away, but I tried going further and inside rooms with the doors closed. No noise or static. Really happy with the product. I will use it also for video recording connecting it directly to the MFT camera. I could not ask for more. Great price for what the product offiers.

Recently start to do some online teaching. The voice quality of my phone and laptop sometime are not good enough. Therefore I decided to get a set of mic. These are easy to use and be able to eliminate unwanted noisy which is very helpful for my teaching. I also used this with my camera for some vlog shooting, the sound quality is great. Glad I got this for a very affordable price.

I am a streamer, and having a wireless mic has changed my "performances" immensely. My primary concerns had always been quality, as how can this hold up to my $400 Shure mic? Well, quite surprisingly it did "ok", and is part of my stream on a regular basis. Keep in mind I have some decent sound equipment that can also tweak the sound. The device/package is decent and works well with one caveat Get a different headset/microphone. First... its not the "microphone" itself that is an issue although could be improved as well. The issue is primarily with the headset and mic mount. They worked, but the headset was small and difficult, and the microphone boom on the headset was so weak it could not hold itself up. Put the mic where you want it, and it stayed there.... until you let go, and it would flop down wherever it wanted. I was able to get a decent headset/mic for stage performance for around $30 on Amazon, that plugged right into this transmitter (used 3.5mm jack), and it worked much better. Besides, I personally like the flesh toned headsets that tend to be much less visible. What comes with this is black and easily seen. It would also be an improvement on the device if it had a mute button, something a performer might use to stop a cough from being broadcast. I have a mute button on my desk equipment, but when I am wireless and moving around, I need it on the device on my belt.

Previously, I gave this product a two star review, but since then, I have come to find that the problem I attributed to the microphone was actually a problem with the camera I was using. Unfortunately, that particular camera does not allow any mic other than the one supplied with the camera. On the other hand, the microphone supply company has been absolutely wonderful. They have contacted me on several occasions, tried to help make the item work, and gave me superb credit, even when it had become obvious that the difficulty was not in their microphone. I was excited to get this wireless mic. I charged it up and used it right away. It worked great. The sound quality was good, it was easy to use, all seemed fine. But the battery life was lousy. After about 40 minutes of use the battery was noticeably drained. It wasn't completely out, but definitely down. I didn't run it out to see how long it would last in total. I just contacted Amazon and returned it. The return was accepted without question and I was not charged for shipping, thank you Amazon and Kohls. I don't recommend this device if you plan to use it for more than a short time between chargings.

So cheap and it shows. My son got this for Christmas and within 3 months it started acting up with a hiss so terrible. We tried changing the channels and frequency but won't do it. It also doesn't include any instructions. We have been trying to contact the company without success. Do not buy this.

I am always in the search for inexpensive audio and video electronics. THese fit the bill. I like the sound and the size. I don't like the big 1/4 brick that needs to fit my camera to get the signal . However with the hot shoe adapter it makes it all work together. I needed this in a hurry and it got here the next day. Over all good value and works well.

Setup is super easy, less than 1 minute and your up and running. The sound quality is actually really good, definitely gives a more professional feel to your videos(YouTube in my case) and the range is great. Was able to walk about 60 ft and through some walls and the sound never faltered. Would recommend as a starter mic for the price.
