I put off buying this for a long time because the price tag seems a bit steep. But I'm glad I finally jumped, because this game has become a hit in our family. With screened devices being ubiquitous anymore, family gatherings seemed to end up with everybody on their phones. Board games aren't for everyone, especially when explaining the rules can take as long as actually playing the game. But this is much different... Different... Just pulling out a card and having everyone who wants to contribute and answer has been so lovely. It's been especially nice to hear stories from the grandparents' lives that we might not have without the prompts. It's tempting to think that you could go anywhere on the internet to get these exact same questions and compile them yourself. But I was surprised at the thoughtfulness put into each of the questions. Because it has become such a wonderful way for the family to gather together, I find that the cost of the game has been worth it.

These are awesome! We use Table Topics a ton and this package was no exception. We do a lot of road trips and require the whole group to be unplugged...no cell phones, Facebook scrolling or YouTube. We have been using this for sometime with ages from 10 all the way to 46. Typically one person read the cards and asks them out loud and the person next to them gets to answer and each person in the car gives their answer after that until it makes it back to the card reader who gives their answer before reading the next card. We do allow passes if people can't think of anything but that rarely happens and it helps keep the conversation flowing. Makes 2 hour plus drives much more enjoyable and seem like we are there in no time. These questions on the Best Things were awesome and not repetitive to other versions we already own.

I live in an assisted living facility. I use these cards 2-3 days a week. Residents love reminiscing.

Although I have not played this game, it was a great Christmas gift choice for my 27 year old niece who lives on her own and loves hosting friend gatherings.

I love the topic cards. I put them on the table at a gathering I’m having. If I’m having family over I put the family conversation cards. Date night with my husband ( have a topic for that too) or if I’m out with the girls take girls night out. Can’t say enough about them. Always a topic to talk about. Elisa

I bought this for my eight and five-year-old grandchildren but the questions really are more for adults. I should’ve looked a little closer before I ordered it
