Good quality and durable
This is one band that lasts through all my exercising. I had another brand that would develop a hole and then break during exercise, but not this one. Quality is good and so is price, so I would say it's a good value. Handles are comfortable too.

Don’t Resist These Resistance Bands!
Honestly, I thought this band might be too short when I first got it, but the more I used it, the range of motion improved (or maybe I got stronger?! Bonus!). A great alternative to hand weights if you’d like something a little more portable & versatile. Am giving 4/5 stars because these are still too new for me to determine their durability... but so far so good!!

SPRI Resistance Bands are the Best.
Our YMCA uses these SPRI resistance bands. Unfortunately they frequently run out of specific colored bands. More than once I have found it necessary to use a red or yellow band because all of the green ones are in use. I now have my own green band and don’t worry about germs on the band or the possibility of not having the right one.

Just enough..
Very good. I use it each day, a bit longer than the first and so on. Several ways to use to strengthen other areas like shoulder, hands, firearms, etc. lightweight without breaking a sweat.

green resistance band had a cut on the resistance band material
I ordered a green resistance band. There was a cut in the resistance band material. A new band should be in perfect condition but it was not. I returned the item and received another green band with a smaller defect on it.

The product was made of high quality tubing with a door attachment. It was convenient to use for common exercise positions. There is only one band (green band) within the box.
