Will open a concourse trunk?

I don't know about concourse trunks, but it opened my 50+ year old trunk.

Will the t46 key unlock a t44 lock. i have a wwii era footlocker with an everlasting t44 lock

I don't know about your footlocker. the key worked great for my footlockers, but mine footlockers were from the late 1970's.
