Really helpful book to keep track of everything

I really REALLY appreciate this little journal. Not only is it super cute and pink 🎀, but it is a great outlet for my thoughts and emotions during the first week of my IVF journey. It’s great that I can write down little mantras, plans and concerns, and show my husband so he knows exactly how I’m feeling too. I love it and will use it daily to help me cope and channel my energy in a positive way. Love it. Thank you.

This IVF positivity planner is perfect for me! I looked at a few options and picked this as I loved the design and look of it. I’m so pleased that when it arrived, it didn’t disappoint; the quality of the planner is great and the layout inside is really practical. The motivational quotes are a great pick me up and the thought provoking exercises inside will keep me focused and positive. I can’t wait to fill it full of my thoughts and use it as a special reminder of my journey. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for support through IVF.

This is helping me get my head around a complicated and emotionally and physically challenging journey. It helps me to write things down, I’m a list maker at heart, so to be able to use this journal enables me to process lots of thoughts and put them into an order that helps me to deal with it. It’s an excellent tool and will be very helpful for me on my IVF pathway. IVF is a complex and confusing time and being able to make notes helps to remember and plan ahead, and also reflect and look back. I have given it 4 rather than 5 stars only because I feel that it would benefit from providing a little more space to write - there’s a lot of text and not much room to respond. A few pages where I could write down costs would be really helpful as I am going private and costs will be ongoing, as would more space to write down important appointments, and relevant books, podcasts, websites that I am researching as well as related treatments such as acupuncture that I will be having. Because of this I have a notebook for everything else but would have rather had it all in one - it could be resolved by having 30 blank pages at the end for example. Also some of the tools seem a little out of order - for example the timeline is at the end of the journal rather than the front, which doesn’t make sense to me as I look at it in a linear way, but this does enable you to “dip in” to it and compete the tasks as you see fit. But a really great tool for me and I will look forward to filling in every day as I embark on this journey. And if the journey lasts longer than three months as it likely will, I will be back to purchase another. Feels like a coaching session as well as a journal so great value for money in that respect as so much more than a notebook.

Lovely book

Whilst I am sure this book will be helpful to many women going through IVF I wanted something more practical, so I could write all my medication and appointments on to keep track of. This had a load of additional mindfulness activities in there which is of no interest to me personally. Next time I'll just get a simple diary

I love this journal. It has reminded my husband and I about making sure we have a date night once a week. Great tips in this book to help you through your IVF journey. Reminding you that self care is much needed. This journal messes me smile with happiness. I’m honestly so glad I bought this. I call it my journal of comfort.

Awesome book for the IVF journey!! It is relatable. It is quick; there are only a few things to jot down each day, but it’s fun to look back on. It has helped me so much! I can’t recommend it enough!

Seems like a really cute little planner I don’t know exactly how helpful it will be yet but I was disappointed that it came dirty and bent. Especially for how expensive it is. Kinda feels like taking advantage of a vulnerable market, I think it should be a lot cheaper or better quality.
