The taste is great but I gained weight while drinking it as suggested by my Dr. I container per day at lunch didn't sustain me and stop the hunger pangs. The last few containers I mixed with plant based almond/vanilla milk (30 calories - 1/2 & 1/2) and sipped it out of the refrigerator all day long which did help quell hunger, refreshing (taking the place of my love of ice cream which I can no longer have). My Dr. added iron as I am anemic. Combination of the high protein content and Iron has given me energy to walk; I feel so much better.

Good price for this set of 12. I was pleased to find them. I am not always a huge fan of strawberry flavor, but I really like the taste of these. There is a ton of protein in each drink. They definitely help me reach my protein goals for the day when I am not reaching it with the foods I choose.

Taste same as P SHAKES drinks and same 30mg of protien only difference is I get hungry sooner then I did on the P SHAKES but worth the price.

I'm really liking these. I need the extra protein as I don't eat much meat and far too many carbs. But it also serves as a dessert, and not just a meal supplement. It's not a strawberry milkshake, but for what it is and the 30 grams of protein, it's pretty darn good. I keep reordering. Still, wish both the sugar and sucralose could be eliminated.
