Charlie contacted me after not being satisfied with the product
My experience dealing with realinanddealin when I purchased the medium sized surf bag I thought it would come with same size tube inserts as the large. Charlie contacted me after not being satisfied with the product . He actually came to my house and brought me the correct tubes I had expected and wrote me a check for the difference!
