Canterbury Professional Rugby Shorts

Man these shorts are heavy duty yet comfy they don't ride up your crotch when you are running and its been two full seasons in these and the color still holds. No rips or tears and all the grim and grass washes right off. They look good and I think I will stick to canterburry when these eventually give out which from the looks of things wont be anytime soon. I wear a 36 or 38 in pants and bought a large pair. They fit real nice and I would go with the conversion chart unless you have a pair and you are replicating your true fit. I get lifted on line outs and these are a perfect must buy for any rugby player. .

I read that these things ran a little small, but man they weren't kidding. I got two sized up and they are extremely tight, especially around the legs (I'm a runner and have big quad's but come on these are rugby shorts). The advantage version of these fit perfect and I highly recommend them over these, even though these are longer and have pockets, the advantage's are built like armor and fit perfectly.

These shorts seem nice at first, but after running around in them for a few minutes I can begin to see some downfalls. They are extremely durable, but have ZERO flexibility. While wearing these I feel so restricted in my movements it's unbearable. I like wearing my rugby shorts for more than just playing rugby, i.e. biking, trail running, etc... Unfortunately, I find that these shorts really hold me back. They look and fit nice while I am just standing around, but the moment I start getting creative in my movements it is as if they put a limit on how far I can lift my legs. I have a hard time finding shorts that offer durability as well as flexibility and these shorts are a good example of that.

This is the first pair of rugby shorts I have bought so I didn't know exactly what size to get but they fit very well for rugby shorts. I got a size smaller than my waist and that was perfect. The canterbury quality is always good and I would definitely buy from them again.

Well constructed rugby shorts, but they were a little tight on me in both the butt and thigh. But that's mostly because I have big thighs and so the fabric pulled there, but they'll work great for any normal person!

My son normally wears 34" waist. These run small so I ordered the XL which fit well. He loves these shorts and wears them for rugby practice and working out.

Quality is superb - they had pockets (didn't expect them to). My son loves these. He typically wears a 34 shorts, I ordered a 36 and they just fit.
