Inversion Table Back Stretching Machine

Works just as well as the Name Brand $300 Teeter, easy to assemble,although the instructions could be better illustrated. I noticed pain relief from the first use and better standing posture also. My only suggestion to improve this unit would be better ankle padding, but considering I'm only on the unit for a few minutes at a time and the back pain relief is so good, definitely not a deal breaker. Overall the price is excellent, the construction and materials are of good quality and the health benefits make this a "Must Have" for personal maintenance. It was delivered quickly and all parts included, even a hex wrench and 2 open-end wrenches, I recommend a socket set for faster assembly, but hey, it's a total package worth the time and money. Get one!!!!!

Very comfortable,relatively easy to assemble if you read ahead in the directions,all parts wrapped for protection. I'm 5'10" and 160#. This table works great and would support a taller, much heavier person. I choose the model with pre selected inversion angles ( no adjustment strap) and I like it. It just saves time etc. The rollers that hold your ankles are mounted offset, The back pair is higher than the front. Way more comfortable than those that are not.... Really helps me stretch my back to relieve back spasms. This is an excellent buy at this price. Highly recommended for first time buyers and those like myself that have another one that isn't so good.

So far so good. It was easy to put together, don't be fooled by the silly negative reviews on assembly, it's easy. The packaging could have been better, it was pretty beat up once it got to my army Korea post office. I may have over used it the first time, I woke up a little sore, but it's a great product. Well made, easy to use and safe. I felt relief after the first five minutes. Excited to see what a weeks worth Will do.

When I first purchased this product I did not read the fine print I thought it came already assembled. Although I had to put it together it was fairly easy and the directions were not to hard to follow. I give this product 5 stars because it really works and is pretty comfortable. I am a young man that unfortunately suffers from severe back pain due to a genetic disorder gene , and now I use this product 5 minutes in the morning when I wake up and also when I get home after a hard days work and now my back pain and hip pain is virtually gone! Literally I feel like a new man. I strongly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for back pain relief, you won't be disappointed.

It's okay. The height adjustment markings on the lower leg part are off by about an inch or two. I assume it is different if body weight is different?? I am 6'2" and my head seems to be at the very top of the backing. If the leg adjustment was more true, I probably would not be that high on the bench. Someone my build and taller might have their head off the edge at the top. It does appear very sturdy. Previous inversion table I had seemed to invert more evenly and gradually. This one seems to either want to be upright or quickly invert once you pass a certain point. One of the less expensive ones, which is what we are looking for, so for the price, it does the job.

When you first open the box it could look overwhelming to some people however the man who received this looks at how many screws there are and sees there's not that many so he knows it's not going to be difficult to put together. It took about an hour for him to assemble it and try it out. If you follow the directions and read what they say it will work perfectly for you oh, if you don't it won't work perfectly for you. He really likes his new table and has severe back problems so he's really hoping that this is going to give him some relief. He received it on Christmas 2018 and today is the day after so we really cannot tell you how much relieved he's gotten as of yet. I had a video and some photos however the site doesn't seem to support it.

Second one bought the first one for my daughter two years ago after s car accident she has gotten so much relief in her neck and shoulder area; bought a second one when a friend at church who got rear ended in a car accident but really couldn’t swing the purchase and had gotten great relief in using this item twice s day for great relief East assembly and good price

We bought this with some Christmas money & prime credit card points and gave ourselves a gift with it. We were quite happy with the value of this table. It seems to do well... we're not light people. The only complaints we've had is how easily the little pillow falls off, and that it doesn't really fold up that much to save space. Otherwise, it's a great buy. Will update review if things change and we grow an inch or something ;)
