Good for Light Workouts but Not Very Durable
The FateFan Multifunction Tension Rope is a decent option for beginners or anyone who wants a simple, portable resistance band for light exercise. It’s easy to use, lightweight, and works well for stretching, core, and arm workouts. However, the resistance feels mild, and the material doesn’t seem built for long-term heavy use. After some weeks, the bands may lose tension or show wear. Overall, it’s fine for casual home workouts but not ideal for advanced strength training.

Definitely Not Made For Taller Heights
Very cheaply made and obviously made for people of a shorter height. I'm 5'8" and when stepping on the pedals and pulling the band up, it will not lift up past my hips (which makes the arm exercises photo in their advertising appear as false). I will be returning this.

Affordable
At first it was tight but you have to use it to stretch it. It is nice quality it is not flimsy. I would definitely recommend. If you have a sore back you can do this on the bed and still get some benefits.

Not very resistant but has a little resistance to it. It helps with your workout but I think it needs less give to it.

Simple to work into schedule
A simple quick way to engage your body. I like the tension this creates. I use it every night to get in a 15 minute mini workout that fits my schedule. You have to start somewhere! This works for me. I’m not a gym person as I get intimidated by all of the machines.
