It smells really nice. It's herbal and fresh
This is the ONLY medicated shampoo that has worked for me. I had a case of gross scalp that lasted years and would not respond to Head & Shoulders, Selsun Blue, Denorex, or Neutrogena (tried both the coal tar and the salicylic acid ones). I tried washing more frequently, less frequently, nothing worked. I even tried putting astringent on my scalp. What a mess! I am not sure that it was technically dandruff as it did not itch, but boy was it flaky. So, here's what you need to know about this shampoo: It smells really nice. It's herbal and fresh. However, after your hair dries, there is a slight sulfur smell. If you are familiar with Queen Helene Facial Masque, Mint Julep, 8 Ounce [Packaging May Vary ], the smell is pretty similar. After curing my bad scalp, though, I reduced usage to once a week, and wash with regular Dove shampoo other days. Honestly I would rather deal with a slight sulfur smell than nasty scalp. It does not foam up as much as other shampoos. This is okay, I find that it still gets you clean! There are some tricks though: 1. Use a generous amount of product. 2. Apply it to your scalp, and not to the length of your hair, if you have long hair. 3. Use this scalp washing brush to scrub the holy bejeezus out of your head for a couple of minutes: Kao SUCCESS Scalp Washing Brush - Normal 4. Rinse and follow up with whatever conditioner you use. 5. Start out with using this shampoo exclusively, then alternate in your regular shampoo after your scalp is all clear. Usage and results: I bought this on Oct 28, it's now the end of January and my scalp has been good for about a full month now. I'm still using the first bottle I bought. I glob a TON of the product into my hand when I use it. I started out 3-4 times/week and am now down to 1x/week. Dyed hair: I find that this shampoo does not remove my dye as fast as other shampoos. I think it's because the lather is very gentle. This might be an SLS-free product, or something crunchy like that. Between this shampoo and rinsing with cool water, plus since my scalp is clear I can skip a couple of washes every week, my hair dye lasts a super long time now. I'm so happy that my scalp is clear that I want to give this company all of my money.

I had to switch at one point because of timing and my scalp instantly started flaking again and becoming super oily. With this I can use a once ...
I can not get enough of this shampoo. I started using it before I bought it off amazon. Its the only thing that's kept my dandruff at bay. I'm able to go 3-4 four days with out washing my hair, it just completely normalizes my scalp. I had to switch at one point because of timing and my scalp instantly started flaking again and becoming super oily. With this I can use a once a week leave in that used to make my hair feel awful, it no longer does, my hair has honestly never been healthier (longer as well, not because of the shampoo, but because of the routine the shampoo gets you in for your hair to really thrive, get hair cuts every 6 to 8 weeks and I can cut off almost 2 inches each time) just because my natural oils are actually able to do their normal work.

Left my hair soft - and smelling like rotting vegetables
This stuff is abhorrent. When initially removing the cap, I thought it sort of smelled like Listerine, which is not pleasing but overall inoffensive. After applying it to my hair, however, it took on the smell of vegetables rotting in the crisper of a refrigerator, and it lingered all day. Though my hair and scalp were better after a single usage, I won't be able to stomach the smell to apply it again.

This is my husband's favorite "specialty" shampoo
This is my husband's favorite "specialty" shampoo. He tried the 2 in 1 dandruff shampoo and told me not to buy it again because it wasn't effective. This one does what the label says it should do. I had to use this one day because my shampoo bottle was empty. The smell is weird--kind of like sulphur being covered up by mint. Blah. But thankfully out of the shower, it dissipates. After my husband uses this shampoo He also rubs in this awesome hair paste--(Jonathan Dirt) which smells like what I would imagine heaven to smell like; so any weird hair smells go away with this. Very happy with this product!

A good shampoo
I like this shampoo it helps with dandruff and an itchy scalp. My only problem with it is that the bottle is small and you have to use a lot. My hair is medium length thin hair and I still feel like what I have to use in order to wash my hair is a lot compared to other shampoos. But it's a good product and I'll be buying it again

Solved my scalp issues!
I love this shampoo! I have always had trouble with my scalp due to allergy issues. Most shampoos leave me with an itchy flaky scalp. Regular dandruff shampoos only got me about 80% of the way. This shampoo has completely cleared up my scalp issues. You have to add a little water at a time to get a lather worked up. Spend time working it into your scalp and let it sit for a few minutes. It does have a strong odor but you will get used to it and after it dries you can't smell it anymore.

May help dry scalp but NOT psoriasis
My husband has some dry scalp flakiness from time to time and it seems to help curb this for him by washing with it once a week. For me, it doesn't really seem to provide much relief for psoriasis that I have at the base of my scalp... [stops and itches scalp]. Yeah, wish I could say otherwise but no...

Smells like dog shampoo, but helps dandruff
It does help with itchiness from dry scalp. I'm struggling to get past the smell. It is very similar to my dogs shampoo in smell. I only use this on weekends when I won't be around anyone but my family.

M using this since last 5 mnths 2 times a week. It works as long as u keep using this . To cure dandruff, better to focus on underlying causes( look for allergic food u have been eating ).My personal recommendation would be fasting or authophagy ( search google )
