All that glitters is not gold.Translation:This bee pollen smells like awesome, but eats like chalk.I'm certain my face did a 360 when I put a few granules in my mouth; I was just not expecting such a weird flavor from something that smelled so good. I bought these because they're so rich in nutrients, and because it's winter where I live and the bees should be sleeping cozily in their hives till Spring. Hopefully, fresh bee pollen is not so odd tasting...
