I did not find this item as it should be the part that is meant to go round in front does not go round. It’s nit very long. I have returned this product weeks ago and still trying to get my refund. I do not feel this is very good customer service l will keep you updated on what’s is happening regards my refund.

Doesn’t spin around, catches on the joints.Total waste of money, don’t bother.When asked to return it for a refund I was asked for proof it did not work which I sent. They then suggested that I go out and get it fixed!! Then they offered me 60% refund. After lots of string emails I finally got my refund! Absolutely terrible customer service.

It's rubbish. Don't worth to buy!First isn't working like they said and second, when I returned they asked me to pay the postage...it was £9 without tracking. If I wanted to track the package costs me £18 and the product costs £24.Please don't buy this product, cause you will regret it.I want to see when they will send me the refund even for postage...

Absolutely is not for an overweight person as it wouldn't fit anyone over 34 inch waist, not worth the money at all , better buying an old fashioned hula hoop. The model in the video is a very slim person not an overweight one .
