I've used several different dual mount monitor arms in the past. if you are looking to have a double monitor setup, you can stop your search here. I was limited with the positions I could place my 2x27" monitors with a gas spring double arm, but with this it was ridiculously easy to position them exactly at the correct position. The simplicity of this arm is its greatest benefit; the stability is perfect for use on a sit/stand desk with MUCH less shake and wobble than a gas spring solution. I'd been convinced gas spring stands were always better, but I'd rather have this 10/10 times. Pros: - very stable - very rigid, it will stay in the position you want. very easy to perfectly align multiple screens - easy to get level and stay level - simple and confident construction - looks very clean and subdued, no crazy gas-spring arm providing visual clutter - the fact that it is a simple, vertical pillar lets the monitors sit only a few inches past the rear edge of the table. This is a pro for me because my desk must sit right up against the wall. If you want the screen to be closer to your face, this might be a con. - really stinkin affordable! I could buy another one of these for still less the price than my old gas spring double monitor arm altogether. Cons: - More setup than a gas spring. There are less positions the monitor can go after you have the clamp installed. I'd recommend using a measuring tape as it might get annoying to trail/error your way to victory. - no hidden cable management solution (I have cables velcro-strapped to the back of the pillar and looks fine) Overrall, I'd highly recommend this solution if you want to perfectly align 2 monitors. Keeping the stands separate is such a huge advantage.

I bought this mount quite a while ago for use with 1 27-inch monitor, and recently I decided to pick up a 2nd 27-inch monitor so I decided to upgrade to a dual mount, but that didn't work out for me. Instead, I actually looked back to see what this mount was and I purchased a 2nd one for my 2nd monitor. In the time I've been using the first one (2 years?) - it's proven to be solid and reliable, I can tilt the monitor up, down, side to side, etc. - all the normal things you'd expect. My only minor dislike is that I wish there was a way the monitor could be a little further back (closer to the wall behind the desk) but it's not very far forward (I'm just particular). I'm anxiously awaiting the 2nd mount tomorrow and am excited to have my 2 monitors ready to go on Monday.

Overall very easy to assemble and feels stable. My only issue was the mount option for curved screens. Either length of the cylinders or screws don’t allow the mount to be flush with the monitor. The design doesn’t allow you to drive the screw in too far and instructions are explicit about not over-tightening. I was worried the curved screen option would put most of the weight on the exposed screws. I opted to do the flat screen option for more stability and peace of mind, honestly. Flat screen option doesn’t seem right either but much more stable without the cylinders. I also don’t plan on swiveling my screen at all so I think this setup will work fine.

Easy to setup and looks sleek. Money well spent.

The quality of this stand is phenomenal for the price point. It feels sturdy and holds up my 27inch monitor perfectly fine. What I like about this monitor arm is that it doesn’t compromise desk space, which is always my main issue with monitor arms. It fits my needs exactly, giving me more desk space, makes the set up look nicer, while also being at a far enough distance that it doesn’t take up space or sit too close to my eyes. The stand comes with two velcro strips to help with cable managing which was also really nice, as well as with a small foam sticker for the clamp in order to ensure your desk is not damaged by the c clamp. Could not recommend this stand enough if you need an arm for your main display, need it closer to the wall, and want something sturdy for the price. Great for ppl who don’t need to move their monitor constantly like me

I’ll be honest. I searched Amazon high and low and kept passing this up due to the cheap price. I ended up purchasing this and most of the reviews were good and I couldn’t pass up a good deal. And man am I glad I did. This thing was easy to install and holds my 28 inch monitor very well. It is very sturdy and I have no doubts that this will last years. It holds my 28 inch monitor well and there is no play or bounciness. The functionality is great and you can move the monitor basically wherever you want. I highly recommend giving this unit a try.

Works and looks great, saves me a ton of desk space because it clamps to the back of the desk. The adjustable height is also a plus, since my desk chair isn’t adjustable. The mount tilts to whatever angle you need and is plenty sturdy. Great product overall.

The stand itself seems to be a pretty good item once you have it put together, but putting it together is more of the issue. It seems that more and more these days, manufacturers do not use the written word with instructions, but pictures. When it comes to instructions, a picture is not worth a 1000 words, some words are required, or at a minimum, the pictures need to be accurate to the item and in a proper order. In this particular case, the instructions SHOWED a screw being used to hold the locking plate on the clamp, but I could not find the correct screw to use. I finally called their Support Line and was informed that on the model I had, the screw was not required and this was an outdated picture. While I was on the phone, I asked about the pictures that were 2 below the picture showing how to attach the clamp to the post. Those pictures had some WORDS which described the desk thickness. The agent I spoke with informed me that those pictures were depicting the holes to use to attach the clamp to the post based on the thickness of the desk. I remarked to the agent, that don't you think you should put that picture ABOVE the picture telling me to attach the bottom of the clamp to the post, rather than 2 pictures below it. Now I need to unscrew the clamp and reattach it to the correct holes. I'm not sure why manufactures can't just use regular screw heads on these instead of allen wrenches, but I assembled it and it works fine. The instructions could certainly use some improvement.

Compré este brazo porque va en una mesa pegada a la pared. No necesitaba mucha movilidad, solo levantar el monitor para tener más espacio en la mesa. Tengo otros soportes que tienen brazo artículado y permiten mucha más movilidad pero si realmente sólo necesitas subir/bajar y girar, es decir no necesitas ajustar en profundidad, no merece la pena pagar más por ello. Estoy contento con la compra.

Ich habe die ErGear Monitorhalterung für meinen Arbeitsplatz gekauft und bin wirklich zufrieden. Die Montage war deutlich einfacher als erwartet, vor allem weil das System durchdacht ist und die Einzelteile gut zusammenpassen. Der Monitor ließ sich schnell befestigen und sicher ausrichten. Besonders gut gefällt mir die hohe Verstellbarkeit. Man kann den Bildschirm problemlos in die gewünschte Höhe bringen, neigen und schwenken, sodass man immer eine angenehme Sitzposition hat. Das ist im Homeoffice und auch beim Gaming ein echter Vorteil, weil der Arbeitsplatz dadurch viel ergonomischer wird. Die Halterung wirkt stabil und hochwertig verarbeitet. Mein Monitor sitzt fest, ohne zu wackeln, und der Arm lässt sich trotzdem leicht bewegen. Auch optisch macht das Ganze einen sehr aufgeräumten Eindruck, weil der Schreibtisch deutlich mehr Platz hat.

functionality wise, if you dont have a flat space under your desk to mount this standard on, i dont recommend it. it will not hold your monitor quite well.. the mount comes with a weird oval desk clamp which is not practical in my opinion. overal if you have a flat space under your desk, i assume it will work fine, the standard is from solid material. but for me it didnt hold up quite well.
