Is there a tub and scoop version?

Hi there! At this moment LMNT Recharge does not have a tub and scoop option.

What are the sources of each electrolyte? What are they derived from?

The electrolytes in LMNT are sodium, potassium, and magnesium. Specifically, each compound is sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and magnesium malate.

I tried usibg this coming off a water fast are you all sure it is sugar free? It was horrible on my taste buds like I was drinking sugar...

Yes we are sure there is no sugar. Our flavored options are sweetened with Stevia leaf extract. We recommend diluting it more (in 24-32oz of water) if it tasted too strong. Or reach out to us at hello@drinklmnt.com for further assistance!

What are the natural flavors made from?

Hi Monica, The natural flavors are fruit extracts that have been spray-dried into powder form. Our Citrus Salt LMNT contains both natural lemon and natural lime extracts, the Raspberry Salt LMNT contains natural raspberry extracts, our Orange Salt LMNT contains natural orange extracts and our Raw Unflavored salts have no flavoring.
