Fantastic Coffee!
Great Coffee. It seemed a bit on the medium light side, but when grounding and tasting the coffee you do get this very smooth chocolatey taste, its almost nutty. A coffee review will be pretty subjective and very dependent on how it was done and all, so I’ll do my best to go over my experience. I used this coffee for a coldbrew, as the name implies. I used a 1:8 ratio for the concentrate in ounces. I steeped it for about 20 hours and mixed the concentrate 1:3/4 water. It had great flavor, but the taste was a bit on the light side. Its a very smooth light chocolatey coffee. Mixing it with light cream and light syrup to my taste. I usually like coffee on the concentrated side, but this is a smooth coffee, great for a midday/lat afternoon.
