Can these be used as gas and brake for racing games?

It can. Don’t listen to the other comment about pushing and pulling or pushing. That is for rudder which cars don’t have. You can map right toe brake to acceleration and the left toe brake to brake. It’s possible you could map the rudder feature to provide directional movement of a car like a plane on the ground but that will be weird at high speeds.

Does work with flight simulators

Yes, all you need to do is to go on to Logitech's website to grab the correct drivers, and/or to check if it works with your simulator
