This bench arrived today with a helpless manual in Chinese. Looking at the pictures you cannot see where the screws go. Also, it came with missing bolts. When I sit on it without any weights, it slightly bends, which has me concerned. Not to mention the box came with the bottom slightly opened, with the screws and bolts scattered. I wouldn't buy it if I had tried it before.

The build quality is pretty goods seating padding is comfortable. I find that the retractable seat rest is too loose and the adjustable bar which slides up and down has far too much play just not sturdy enough, the foam that goes on the arm and feet section are too loose keep falling off during exercise and one of the expansion hand straps is slightly longer than the other

It would have been a better product if it had a leg extension bar at the front.

Nice product it is good value although i would have preferred it sturdier.
