Everyone should have one
I've enjoyed the pleasure of massage chairs in airports, shopping malls and elsewhere. The low price and small footprint of the Smagreho made it a practical purchase for me. To my surprise it has genuine practical benefits. Over the years I've had minor problems with my back, and as I got older (I'm 70 now), soreness became almost constant. Although I have a comfortable memory foam bed, I was always stiff and sore for an hour or two after I got up in the morning. Two weeks of twice-daily 15-minute sessions in the Smagreho completely addressed that stiff back. Mild neuropathy in my feet has also greatly improved. The chair also seems to open up my lungs significantly, reducing the effect of asthma. The "sleep" cycle works; I have just enough time to go from chair to bed before I fall asleep. The benefits are long-lasting, even after three weeks of traveling, though I was glad to get home to my Smagreho. Despite its low price it seems to have reasonbly good build quality and good implementations of all the major features of the more expensive chairs. Maybe I could spend an extra $2000 (or more) to get one that's even better, but it probably would not be that much better. Like other users, I had some trouble assembling it. As noted, the holes for screws are not precise and I had to pull hard to get the sides aligned. After plugging it in, the "fingers" worked and I could hear the air compressor, but the bags did not inflate. I worked up the courage to open it up and found the main air tube completely disconnected. I plugged that in and it's been working fine for several months now. I recommend this massage chair for anyone of typical height, maybe 5'2" to 6'2", who has someone who will help them for 2 or 3 hours while putting it together.

Good introductory massage chair.
This chair is great for the price that you pay. It assembles easily except for the four bolts that connect the arms to base are difficult to line up. The massage function works great but sitting in this chair the seat is hard and there is little to no support for your neck. Due to the holidays and COVID issues the chair was delayed in the delivery process but customer service was excellent and very helpful in trying to get the shipping expedited.

Great chair
Great chair for the price, been shopping for a while and landed on this one. Assembly is not too hard for a handy guy, one of the air hose got crimp but I just cut off the end and reattach it back. Seems solid built, everything works on first try. On the first sitting my lower back kinda hurt but then I found out that I was sitting a little too high. Lowering myself a few inches seems to do the trick. The shoulder air pads barley touch my shoulder (I'm 5'7 / 165lbs), the hip air pads also didn't reach the way I wanted. Arms and foot air pads are good and give a nice squeeze. The foot roller works great. The Bluetooth speakers was a bit disappointing. Overall I'm happy for the price/performace ratio. As far as workmanship we'll just have to wait and see, me and wife use it at least once a day. Will come back and comment again if anything changes. Edit: It's been over a month of regular usage and the chair is still in great shape!

Not worth it
While shipping was fast when it arrived it was in 3 large boxes. It took about a hour to assemble. After I put it together the chair did not work. I called their tech support they said that the remote control for the chair was bad and they would send another one. 9 days later when the new one arrived the chair still did not work. After getting Amazon involved they said to check the fuse. I was told that a spare fuse would be next to the old one. When I went to change the fuse there was not a spare. After driving to 4 different stores I did find one. So three hours of driving and almost 3 weeks late the chair does work. I have only used it once and I do like it but I went through way to much to get to the point that I could. I would recommend spending more money on something that a US based company could service. This whole process has been nothing but a nightmare

Worth every penny
When securing the arm rests to the chair, the screw holes didn't line up properly. I had to angle the back rest, which slid the armrests to the point where I can finally screw in the Allen screws. The assembly was easy after that. The chair itself is amazing. I have really bad mid-and-lower back pain and the chair massages those areas perfectly. The arm, leg, and shoulder airbags are amazing in relieving tension in those areas. I'm not usually one for foot massages because I can be a bit ticklish in those areas but that is not a problem for me in this chair. The foot rollers help relieve tension after standing all day at work.

Get what you pay for
The chair is beautiful. It doesn't sit totally upright so it is not at all comfortable to simply sit in. Maybe I will take it apart and try again. The instructions are ridiculously difficult to understand. I finally threw them across the room and finished putting it together myself. The image appears to have an inflated headrest. It is flat as is the back. There is no cushion either place. There is no manual for how to make the functions work so I will spend some more time with that. Right now it seems as though it has very few ways to operate.

Worth the Buy
This product was better than expected. We bought it for my father to relax from coming back from work and it has done wonders with his back and leg pains. It is super easy to set up with less pieces to put together than expected. When we made it work for the first time, the chair was easy to set up with the mode you want it to do. The heater is a great bonus, awesome for naps because it is super comfortable! The Bluetooth feature is great for music and the speakers work great for low and high settings. This chair was great for the price and worth the money. I would buy again!
