Whats better this or the razer blackshark v2 pro?

This is 110% better, I own both and trust me, Blackshark V2 pro is being put on sale on facebook as we speak. Yeah its that much of a difference. I know its been 2 years but I couldnt help myself since this was a question that I had myself recently. JBL1 is top notch quality bar none. (unless you are looking at BOSE or SONY headphones)

is it worth the 300$ price tagg?

I think they are better than the $400 bose nc 700 or the $300 sennheiser momentum. I have all three. They sound better and have better build quality. Worth is relative and really depends on your budget. If you are on a tight budget, cheap $20-$40 import gaming headsets are pretty good too.
