Quality of item is not as described
Awful. It becomes very hot and starts releasing fumes. Looks dangerousI was waiting for the response; can you please replace it. Its not working since February 2024

Great addition to my fabric obsession!
I am an avid sewer, along with quilting and machine embroidery. This steam press makes it so much faster and easier when pressing large pieces of fabric. The steam option helps get out those annoying wrinkles. I have also used it for adding iron-on stabilizer or batting.Very seldom use my regular steam iron. I have it set up for easy access. Although with the handle it is very easy to move when needed.Highly recommend.

Product works great love it 100%. Had mine for just under 2 years and all of a sudden the heat cut off. Okay, these things happen in life, right? So next day I called them as there is a 2 year warranty. Tara could not be easier toward with, she asked me to cut the wire about an inch from where it is coming out and send a pic with the serial number/model number and where cord was cut. This was on a Wednesday. That evening I sent her the picture and the next day i got a shipment confirmation. Today is Sunday and the replacement already arrived. Now this is what I call exceptional Customer Service! For this alone I will look to see what other products they offer. So nice for a company to stand behind what they sell 100% of the time. Thank you.
