Use on the bottom of the feet, and inhale directly when allergies flare up. Bee/Hornet Stings Apply a single drop topically to the area, or dilute with coconut oil and massage into the area. Bruises May soothe the area and promote healing when gently massaged around the bruise. Calming Inhale directly or through steam (such as a bowl of hot water).
