Can i use this oil on my gran cherokee 2001 my truck have 150.000 milles?

Yes sir, ATF4 is newest quality, and best oil for that transmission. Make sure you change you filter(s) new

Will it work on a 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 2wd 5.9 liter?

Vague question. Will it work on what on a 96 Ram? It worked on a 2003 Ram Manual transmission, but on the power steering. Transmission requires a different fluid. If you want to know if this will work on an auto tranny on a 96 1500 Ram, I suggest you go to the Cumminsforum.com to check about any Cummins Dodge questions.

2008 dodge grandcaravan will this work?

Yes it states is for all dodge craisler

Why does it say "this does not fit" for my 2001 ram 1500 5.2?

Your truck should have a 46REtransmission. Unless it’s been changed out So as long as it’s not a manual transmission that fluid should be correct
