SCARLET NEXUS - PlayStation 5

Okay so I bought this recently and put in like 14 hrs so far got to say it's been really fun but even though it's been fun doesn't mean it doesn't come with stuff I wish could be improved. First the things I enjoy are the story and the gameplay along with the character design and environmental designs along with the music it's so good. The things I disliked are the equipment amount just only 3 slots among like a ton of purchaseable things so got to pick wisely and then your party has to upgrade to the 3 slots which is kinda lame and then the combat even though it is enjoyable the dodge mechanic is kinda awful when you make a move you can't cancel the animation so you have to watch the movements a bit you can't be in combat all the time which I believe if it was improved it could made the combat flow a bit better besides that really enjoyed the rest of how battles worked out. Next thing I didn't really enjoy is the bonding with characters like it should been much better we talk a bit, but the things you discuss with certain partners you don't see at all even interacting with others even the background so we get info but not enough to appreciate the world building more I love seeing you interact with your party but it is so minor here which sucks since they have personalities that I enjoyed so far. I might be picky but I just am since I love what they done here but just bit more and this could bumped it to be better so I'm a bitter but overall a solid 8.5 for me

Got this game for my hubby to try & play for Christmas. The colors & the way the story is setup is really cool. Kind of like watching an anime cartoon and also interacting with the characters too.

This game was so incredible to play - the atmosphere, music, character, and combat were all outstanding. The story, though was kind of so-so in the middle because it turns to the trope of "we don't like you or the things you are doing, but we won't tell you why, and we are just gonna fight you randomly when we see you then run," and logically it's like you could have just talked to each other and been fine. Yeah, this is a video game, but non-continuity is frustration. The semi-plot twist in the middle was unexpected, and I am usually good at calling those out.

Came in perfect condition. This game is amazing. If you're into anime you're going to love this game. The story is deep, complex and makes you wanting to know more and more. The controls during battle flow flawlessly. The power ups and weapons are amazing. Overall this game will definitely be a nominee for Game of the Year and JRPG of the Year. Bandai/Namco have made a beautiful game. Can't wait for the anime to start later this year.

If you’re familiar with the Tales Of franchise then this title is for you. They’ve added Haptic Feedback vibrations to the Ps5 controller which makes immersion an experience that needs to be witnessed. The story takes some huge twist and turns and the combat is spectacular. You feel like a true leader bonding with your squad which opens up more abilities as you build more of a connection. I recommend this to the JRPG lovers out there.

日本版プレイ済みでも問題なく北米版をプレイできた。 文字は英語のみだけど、音声は英語と日本語があった。 日本版は抽象的表現が多いけど、北米版は直接的。音声にもそれが表れているから、日本版をやり込んだらプレイしてみる価値あると思う。 自分は結構満足してる。

I don't know about everyone else, but the one I got was unreadable on my PS5, so needless to say I'm not happy.

El juego es demasiado bueno, con una historia interesante e intrigante, el combate puede ser simple pero muy satisfactorio cuándo aprendes a usar las combinaciones de poderes. La presentación de la historia es a través de viñetas como un cómic además de que es mucho leer para poder comprender la historia al máximo. RPG de semi mundo abierto que vale la pena mucho entrarle. Si esta en descuento todavía mejor.
