I am 52 and i 140 pounds what sise should i get?

I ordered a small for my daughter who is 5’4” 110lbs. It is too small/tight for her. She had trouble pulling it up. It’s great quality, but sizing is not correct.

approximately 28" inseam length when measured laying flat - stretches to length of leg once on.

Are they strictly athletic or can they be worm with sweaters and bootsm

I wear them at work all the time like leggings. They are not ridiculously athletic looking, so they work just fine in both environments in my opinion. They have a SLIGHT sheen to them, but not over the top. If you pair them with the right item, no one would guess that they are athletic pants.
