Must have item!!!
This band has very good length. It gives me proper support for pull ups. It increases my confidence to go for the explosive pull ups. I can also train my biceps, legs, shoulders and what not. The band's quality is amazing.

Loosk like product of low quality.
I thought i was purchasing a good product. looks nice when you see it on the store, however after having it i feel like this is cut out of internal tyrefrom tractor. it is just a worst product ever owned do not bother using this product. it is also so thin in breath that working out using it is a task. you need to hinge this so called band to some thing to be able to work out. the other bands that are wider, you can do multiple work outs.sincxe i have had this i have not been able to use it even once. My professional coach is also confused on the product

Provides intense effect on muscle tissues
It is very much easy to use this resistance band for performing exercises with similar intensity as compared to weighted equipment.
