Practically the same as the off the shelf item
I've owned a brand new in box one of these and I was so disappointed that Logitech discontinued this mouse. I accidentally spilled water on mine after it's warranty date, so I bought this to replace it and I'm extremely impressed by the condition of this refurbished item. The only wear and tear was a handful of scuff marks and scratches on the skid pads on the bottom. The rubber feels exactly like new. I'm inclined to believe the switches under the mouse click panels and the buttons have been replaced because they actually feel better than the original I had -- less mushy, more firm, more satisfying click with a lower pitched activation sound.Scroll wheel does not wobble and has satisfying clicks.Sensor is undisturbed and just as accurate as the factory model I had. This item even still had original factory plastic covering the plastic finish beneath the scroll wheel. If you want maximum battery life, grab some Eneloop Pro rechargeable AAs. A single AA is 2500mah and will last in this mouse for multiple weeks straight.I couldn't be happier with this purchase, and considering this is twenty dollars cheaper than the brand new one I got, I'd say this was amazing value.

Best mouse I've owned
I've been using this mouse for about a year now (only changed the batteries 3 times, and I use my PC from dusk till dawn, every day). I've used countless mice before this one, experimenting with too many and too little buttons, and this has been the perfect one for me so far, and the only one I think I'd buy the same one of again if it fails. The two top buttons are incredibly useful for general usage and games. I highly recommend binding the - button to end, and the + button to home. These are buttons on your keyboard you'll never accidentally press, so they can be bound in games, and it has practical uses when web browsing. I take it for granted in jumping to the top and bottom of pages now.For my usage, it has the perfect amount of side buttons for most games. I rarely find a game where I don't use all of them, and I haven't found a game where I need more. The battery life is around 3 months of constant daily usage, but I haven't used the lightspeed feature, as I don't believe it works for me. I may just be doing something wrong, but the button doesn't do anything. The only issue I have with this mouse (which I've turned into a good thing overall) is the side scroll buttons. These buttons are very easy to press, and I ended up pressing left scroll when trying to middle mouse. My solution was to just bind both middle mouse and left scroll to middle mouse button, which now makes pressing middle mouse button very easy as I can just flick my middle finger to the left. Then I can bind right scroll to whatever other button needed, and it can be used for less commonly used things in games. In terms of renewed quality, after using it for almost a year, I still have no problems with it. No issues clicking, no double clicking, no buttons sticking, it's still in great condition. I couldn't tell that it wasn't new when I got it, and I still wouldn't be able to tell. Overall one of the best experiences I've had with a product.

Great mouse, excellent lightspeed performance, a few problems to note
The mouse is mostly as advertised. Has great lightspeed wifi performance, with noticeable improvements over my standard mouse for gaming. Multiple devices works, but with a caveat, and the mouse is slightly narrower than you might expect, if you have wide hands. However, if you are looking at the mouse, one of the flagship features is it's ability to seamlessly switch between two devices (your main rig on the wifi connection, and laptop/phone/2nd on bt), and this does work, but not as well as advertised. You have to press and hold the button for around one second to switch between devices. Tapping the button does nothing, and sometimes you don't hold it long enough and it fails to switch. Disappointing, but this is still the only lightspeed wireless mouse with this feature, so thus isn't a dealbreaker.Everything else works as expected. Would recommend overall.

Good quality
It fits my largish hands well. The thumb buttons are a little awkward, I think they were placed to be out of the way of where your thumb rests, but that means you have to reach for them. My largish thumb rests on the bottom of the front bottom button, it'd a little awkward reaching the tow row and pretty contorted to reach the back column. The top buttons in-cut on the left mouse button are a little farther back than I would like, but my fingers are longer than average. The mouse wheel is too smooth. I can flick it and it'll spin for 15+ seconds. Sometimes it scrolls when I jerk the mouse. There's a button that applies a mechanical brake to it to make it click, but that mode is too hard to spin for my liking.I was pleasantly surprised how well the software works. Minorly unintuitive GUI to get to where you can edit the layout, but once you find that it all works well.Replaced the battery for the first time after 2 months of light-moderate use.

Best mouse ever if you don't mind the G Hub app
I've fallen in love with this mouse. It handles Bluetooth and Lightspeed excellently. Pretty slick response for games. Having all of those buttons on the side and being able to program it for games and work is a dream come true. I have had it for two years, and it still works flawlessly. One AA battery lasts for up to 3 months with everyday lightspeed use. It's far better than those that charge via USB cable. My only complaint is the horrible G Hub program. It has a lot of bugs. I recommend using the Onboard Memory Manager and saving your profiles from there instead of using that dreadful G Hub. I think that most user complaints about this mouse are not for the mouse itself but for the G Hub app. Anyways, with Onboard Memory Manager, I can use and change profiles how I want, and I freaking love it.
