Amazing taste
I absolutely love this sauce not for it's spice level but it's taste. It's definitely a little spicy but only a little more than the normal encona.But normal encona just doesn't taste anywhere near as good as this and it certainly does add a lot of flavour to things like bolognese or enchiladas.Normal encona is 5 out of 10 for spice this is probably a 6 out of 10.

The best hot sauce ever
This is without doubt the best hot sauce I’ve ever tasted. It has a beautiful smoky flavour behind the incredible heat. I will b buying more 100%. My new go to hot sauce. I put it in chilli con carne and it was amazing

Love this sauce, it’s so moorish and spicy… a little bit too moorish, because I go through the stuff too quickly 😅Wish they sold bigger bottles or jars, I like it that much.

Delicious. One of the best I've tasted. However, it's not hot. Carolina Reaper sauces I've tasted before have hurt. Doesn't detract from the flavour though.

Best tasting Chilli sauce, not vinegar or garlic laden like the other Encona hot sauces....other brands are even worseHowever unlike the other so-called 'hot' sauces their Carolina Reaper sauce is the real deal...the go-to must have if you are a superspice fan

I've used Encona for many years but this is the first time I've tried the Carolina Reaper. It's sublime, hot as .... but unlike some hot sauces that are all heat and no flavour this has both heat and plenty of flavour.
