Replaced my dirty old fuel filter on my newly purchased 97 F250 ...
Replaced my dirty old fuel filter on my newly purchased 97 F250 7.3 Powerstroke. One note to mention; I had to buy a new cap from the dealer for this filter. It will only fit the dealer filter caps. I guess you can buy aftermarket fuel filters with a cap included, but if you go back to em filter it won't fit. I thought at first the filter was incorrect, but it was just the cap.

Factory replacement
Genuine Ford filter, works great and easy to install. On my 1996 f350 I had to cut out a little of the inside to get it to fit but it only takes a couple minutes and a dremel.

I have an old F350 with a 7.3 diesel engine. This is the one that Ford recommends. It’s a Ford part. The point is that it’s way cheaper than buying at the dealer. Buy it here please.Very happy with my purchase.

Good filter
Seems to be a good filter and Easley found for my old OBS ford truck. Doesn't fit in aftermarket lids very well to snap over filter to lock it in place well. Thats the 4 star reason. Shouldn't have that problem from a ford filter.

Truck runs far better with factory filter, starts right up too. The truck had generic no name filter when I bought it and the cheap filters come with the filter and bowl lid attached where as the Ford one is separate. Well, the cheap filters leak from the prong and then you get air intrusion. Zero issues and very happy to be back running the correct filter

Product arrived quickly and undamaged. Like some other reviewers I went to put it in and realized the previous owner put in an aftermarket filter and lid so I had to buy the motorcraft filter lid before I could use it.
