I found this by looking up stimulants to help focus and memory. I noticed many of the expensive heavily marketed brands had Huperzine-A as the primary active ingredient. Shocking to see it so inexpensive from Nutricast. It's quite a noticeable effect. The first couple days I had some periodic issues with racing thoughts and not being able to sleep through the night after taking this. I figured I'd give it more time. Now it works perfect with my daily routine after my body started cooperating with it. I hear other people also get crazy dreams with it, which I experienced the first couple nights. Now it's as mild as caffeine, yet with cleaner feeling energy and better focus. With the chance that you might experience some of the first couple day side effects, it's good to start it when you have a couple days off.
