The title says "2-pair," and the photo shows two pairs. I received one pair. Which is reasonable considering the price. The mittens are 100% cotton. They have a quilted cotton fleece lining. The exterior is thick and feels almost as durable as canvas, but is still flexible. After washing and drying they measure about 8 inches from the top of the cuff to the top of the middle finger area. The elastic cuff is about 2 inches wide. Since they are 100% cotton I'm not sure they'd be suitable for extreme cold. And they certainly won't repel water. But they are warm in cool temperatures.
