This unit is better than I thought it would be, it's easy to assemble, well made, easy to use, and the whipped cream is perfect consistency. I stir a vanilla coffee syrup into the cream before adding it to the unit to sweeten it a little for my latter's and it's still perfect consistency. (You can buy an excellent coffee syrup on Amazon.) I couldn't be happier with the quality of the dispenser so bought one for my sister as a gift, and she's very happy with hers too. If you're looking for an excellent whipped cream dispenser this is the one. There's one set of plastic decoration tips next to the dispenser, and in the false bottom of the box is another set of metal tips. After using the unit for a week I noticed cream leaking from the dispensing tip and the cream was going flat within a few days. I took the lid off and noticed, for lack of a better term, a set screw underneath the lid so tightened that, the leaking stopped and the whipped cream stayed consistent. I did try to return the unit because I thought it was defective, but when I filled out the form I was advised there are no returns for defective units, that was disappointing, but did make me look for a solution to the problem at least, which i should have done first. I wish I'd have found how to use the adjustment before I tried to return the unit and saved some frustration. All turned out well though and I give the unit five well deserved stars.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value of this Aluminum Whipped Cream Dispenser. It has a beautiful appearance and is fully functional. All parts are included and folks missing the stainless nozzles must not have checked the bottom of the box. Two little cleaning brushes came with, too. The threads on the charger holder are a bit loose but not defective. I suggest taking extra care when changing chargers to avoid damaging them. And as someone else suggested, using the plastic charger cover should extend their life. We made our first homemade whipped cream this morning for our waffles and it came out great! Although it appeared runny at first, given a couple more shakes and time to work it came out perfect. Included are recipes using "whipping cream" and "heavy cream," each slightly different. Our cream was labeled "heavy whipping cream" so we improvised. (I'd avoid using "heaving cream" mentioned in one of the recipes. Must be a typo. :p) So, we're very happy with this product, feel we got a great deal, and look forward to many years of culinary enjoyment. Thank you! I broke the black plastic charger holder as I was screwing in a new cartridge and asked for a replacement part under warranty. They sent me a whole new unit which arrived in just 3 days! Overall happy with the dispenser. Its controls are a little finicky. First try I covered myself, the counter, the floor and the dog with cream… yeah don’t squeeze to hard the first time you use it. Gentle control goes a long way. For this I give it 4 stars. My dog gives it 5 stars and would like seconds on whip cream.

I used professional whipped cream dispensers when I worked at a coffee/pastry shop in college, and my husband loves whipped cream, but I felt bad about all the canned stuff we were buying - seemed like a lot of metal waste that couldn't be recycled. So I wanted something a little more environmentally friendly. While this model isn't as big as the ones I used at the pastry shop (only holds a pint instead of a quart of heavy cream), it works exactly the same. This one is constructed of nice, heavy aluminum, with aluminum tips and an aluminum housing for the NO2 chargers - everything seems heavy and well-made. Mine also came with plastic tips and NO2 housing - not sure why, but hey. You do have to crank down on the housing for the NO2 container to pierce and charge, but all the seals were nice and tight. Just remember to shake well before using. The whipped cream is also better quality (I think) than the canned stuff. You can control your sugar levels. I just add a little vanilla syrup to the container before I add the heavy cream. I'm not a professional designer or anything, so can't comment on the quality of the tips, but the dispenser is easy enough to use. Recommended for any whipped cream lover.

I'm one of those guys who loves to cook. Because of this, and I did mention being a guy, I have every gadget, widget, and appliance you can ask for, and I use them a lot. Collectively, I was excited about this tool and have spent a lot of time experimenting with it for a variety of uses it was designed for. Unfortunately, after about the 50th N2O cartridge, replacing them becomes a real problem, and eventually, you can't replace them at all. The needle that pierces the N2O cartridge wears very quickly, requiring you to torque it down quite a bit to release the gas. That, in turn, wears out the cap and receptacle to the point you can no longer separate them. If you do muster the strength to remove it, you end up removing the whole valve from the bottle, leaving the whole unit unusable. Thus, if you think you may want to use this for years, you will eventually be disappointed. I would recommend a stainless steel unit if you value your kitchen tools as I do.

I have to say, I'm very happy with this product. So much so that I use it all the time. It will no-doubt cause me to gain weight! It works so well, and it's so easy to use. In the two weeks that I've had the whipped cream dispenser, I have filled and completely used it THREE times! I'm putting whipped cream on everything: pie, ice cream, smoothies, breakfast cereal, ham sandwiches, EVERYTHING! (OK, maybe not on ham sandwiches...but I thought about it.) So much for trying to get into shape while I'm stuck at home! Instead, I will probably gain at least 10 pounds over the next few months, AND IT WILL ALL BE YOUR FAULT (for making such a great whipped cream dispenser)! Update: Bought this almost exactly one year ago, and I still love this whipped cream dispenser! As predicted, I used it so much that I gained a good 10 pounds. No, REALLY! It's so easy and reliable that I was going through a pint of whipping cream EACH WEEK! I literally gained 10 pounds within a couple months. So I had to cut back. "Everything in moderation," as the saying goes. Now I use it just for "special ocassions," and I've lost almost all the 10 pounds of whipped cream induced belly fat. My final verdict? Buy it! It's an excellent product at a great price. Just be ready to gain some weight, because you'll be tempted to use it all the time.

Works as intended. Comes with plastic and metal nozzles. Nice and heavy, doesn't feel cheap and flimsy. The whipped cream that comes out is very airy, it's been a long time since I've used one of these dispensers, I can't remember if the last one I had did the same thing. It doesn't bother me how it looks, the cream that comes out is still very smooth and well creamy, but I'm sure to some snobs it would be a pass since they think looks are more important than taste. Easy to clean, easy to use, no complaints.

It all started when I had one of those posh Hot Chocolate drinks from Hotel Choco at Xmas, and they used one of these to 'squirt' (I mean smother and caress) the drink with delicate whipped cream. A quick check on Amazon and the next day I was Squirting everything from drinks to deserts to fruit. Very easy to use- Just pop in the whipping cream, plug in your gas cannister (cheap and also on Amazon) shake it up, invert the machine and pull the trigger. Sure you can get fancy and add flavours, fine sugar (or candarel powder) to sweeten it, apparently there are recipe books available for these, But I am still sticking to basics. Only thing I would say is clean the screw top carefully after use as it is quite sharp.

Well made and solid. Lots of different end tips and an extra canister holder. The matte black looks great!
