So many compact umbrellas turn inside out at the first gust of wind. This is entirely different. Having seen the wind tunnel test, I knew I needed this. I was not disappointed - really well built, the solid construction and manual deployment mean it won’t let you down when you really need it. The seller is a really first class specialist umbrella shop in Germany: the really excellent customer service you might expect, but worth remembering, post Brexit, that there is UK VAT and import duty to pay. That said, you won’t need to replace this genuinely unbreakable umbrella in your lifetime if you look after it. I wish I hadn’t wasted so much money on weak compact umbrellas in the past.
