Quick to charge and holds it well

These are replacements in an old doorbell chime that seems to eat C size batteries. The positioning of this is on a window near the door so perhaps the cold drafts are not helping. They arrived as two pairs inside a plastic casing which is good for storing (and smaller AA batteries fit the cases too). They are supposedly ready for use but the multimeter said otherwise, so a charge was needed before placing in the door chime. So far they are working well but as always with these - time will tell. Should they fail spectacularly within a couple of years I will update this review, but so far so good. Again the longevity will dictate the value for money (around £3 each at time of writing this review - twice the price of normal C batteries). I am however (as many others), not just looking at cost nowadays but trying avoid buying things that are destined for recycling in no time.

I use the HiQuick batteries in a DAB radio. They work well and are perfectly adequate for this purpose. The radio isn't used for hours on end, but for intermittent use in the bathroom, they are fine.

Very good delivery, does what it is Meant to do.

Seem to be reliable, I'll know more when I've had them a while.
