Im 45 I've noticed my neck sagging a bit under my chin think the name for it is turkey neck 😱 will this cream help

super cream .used it for 2 weeks and a great improvement in the softness of the skin and puffiness around the neck. I will be 88 this year.

It seems this is marketed at neck rather than de Décolleté, is it as effective here ? I've awful sleep wrinkles but.just can't sleep on my back !!
