refill tray does not come out all way

We recommend using your hands to pull the staple tray all the way out (Don’t be afraid to use a little extra force while pulling). The staple tray does not pop all the way out on its own, but pops out just enough so you can grab it and pull it out by hand. This is normal and nothing to worry about. Sometimes the staple tray is a bit stiff at first, but the more it's opened fully, the easier the tray will slide back and forth over time.

Where do you get the AC adaptor

The AC Power Adapter is included in the box. If you ever need a replacement, you can purchase the original on Amazon.com (www.amazon.com/dp/B0794QQ9JB), or contact EcoElectronix through our contact form.

I need to use it a few hundred times daily, with no or very rare jams. several other electric staplers have disappointed me. is this the one i want?

Absolutely! I bought this for the same purpose and it hasn't let me down yet!!!! I was also looking for something that eliminates the repetitive stapling motion as this was irritating my arthritic hands. Love my stapler!
