Does it work reasonably with 1600 psi?

No. it doesn't even work that great with 3600 psi as it lowers the pressure to low. I can power wash faster with just one tip on the swivel attachment . So power washing a driveway is a no go with this thing. It might work ok on a low vehicle undercarriage but a truck or SUV is too high in the air for it to even clean good enough to even hit with any pressure at all.

Hi, this pressure washer attachment can work with 1/4" quick connect fittings.

Does this work well for clearing dirt off driveways after using a regular round surface cleaner?

If all you are doing is pushing the dirty water out then yet but it can't wash as good as the round ones . Matter of fact it doesn't do a good job at all when cleaning do to lowering the pressure too low to do a faster job than just using 1 tip on your gun
