Gel pack is paper thin and made by Kumfy Tailz. I have ordered 6 different Kumgy tailz cooling harnesses and only 1 had an adequately filled gel pack. % were paper thin. I contacted Kumfy Tailz. They admitted they had a problem with that and said to return to vendor and order new gel packs that they took back all the bad ones. Wrong! I ordered 4 more gel packs and they were all pair thin. KT Fit and Kumfy Tailz are the same company and are skimping on the gel which makes these useless!!!!
