What I Expected
It's cute. Yes, it's pretty small and made of plastic. The plastic is thick so it should hold up just fine. It is hollow on the bottom. My only grip is the placement of the hole where the pin goes through. In my car, the hole is right at the front of the hitch. This cover's hole is on the very back. So this cover sticks out of the hitch quite a ways. Not bad, just odd.

Awesome realistic look
Easily fits a 1.5 or 2" hitch receiver, Looks great ! It has a hole for a 3/8 Hitch pin but you should use flat washers on both sides. A Clevis pin will secure the Hithc pin but if you want to secure it (from stealing), you will need some other cable method.
