Q: do they make a4.5 packet

I have only purchased a box of 10 packets weighing at 0.5 ounces each. I would think that a packet weighing at 4.5 would be, most likely, excessive for a daily intake. Hope this answer helps.

There are 17grams in each packet and each packet is one dose. Teaspoons and grams are not compatible and cannot be compared! The 17 g should be taken as one dose if you take 1/2 of the dose then you should take the other half the same day or shortly after the first one, put the packet contents into any liquid. Water, coffee, tea, soda, whatever you’re more comfortable with but each packet is the recommended dose. If you use half the packet - that’s half a recommended dose that’s your decision- if it works for you, that’s fine. If you need more, take the other half dose! Your decision.

The single packets are equal to one dose in other words to the top of the cap on the bottle sorry I guess I didn’t understand your question that first one does and it works great just like doing it the other way
